【摘要】 黑龙江省地处我国东北，天然的冰雪条件优势为黑龙江省的旅游产业与文化产业相互融合创造了得天独厚的条件和发展优势。两大产业的相互融合，能够实现二者之间资源的优势互补，进一步扩大市场的消费规模。面对当前产业间的产品融合创新度不足、企业融合密切度不够、技术融合协作性不佳等若干现状，提出要先从观念意识上认识到冰雪文旅产业融合的价值，再从体制创新、产品升级、集团化建设、紧跟市场需求等多个角度进行对标发力，以期打造出黑龙江省冰雪文旅品牌，实现冰雪旅游产业的可持续发展，为黑龙江省寻找到新的冰雪经济增长点。更多还原
