【摘要】 大力发展特色冰雪旅游产业，无论是对于辽宁省冰雪产业的壮大，还是对于辽宁省经济建设的支撑，亦或是对于推进振兴东北老工业基地战略目标的实现，均彰显出重要的实用价值。对辽宁省特色冰雪旅游资源的布散特征进行解析，把握其布局现状，并利用“历史的”文化、自然环境优势，以及“现今的”政策、民俗氛围导向，提出具有适应性与实效性的发展对策。以期为推进辽宁省特色冰雪旅游资源的有效开发与高效利用提供支持与保障，为打造辽宁省冰雪旅游产业品牌提供借鉴与参考，同时，对于助力辽宁省的经济振兴与文化传承也具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the characteristic ice and snow tourism industry, whether for the growth of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province, or for the support of the economic construction in Liaoning Province, or for promoting the realization of the strategic goal of revitalizing the old industrial base of Northeast China. This paper analyzes the distribution features of the characteristic ice and snow tourism resources in Liaoning Province, grasps its layout status, and puts forward adaptive and effective development countermeasures by using the "historical" cultural and natural environment advantages, as well as the "current" policy and folk atmosphere guidance. It is expected to provide support and guarantee for promoting the effective development and efficient utilization of Liaoning Province’s characteristic ice and snow tourism resources, and provide reference for building Liaoning Province’s ice and snow tourism industry brand.
