【摘要】 探索中国足球协会超级联赛（以下简称“中超联赛”）球队在不同赛季的比赛表现差异特征，为中国职业足球竞技表现评估提供理论依据。采取数据级数推断与广义混合线性模型的统计方法，通过长时间序列的纵向对比研究，对中超联赛2012—2019赛季的1 899场比赛球队跑动表现和技术表现指标进行量化分析。研究发现，我国职业足球比赛表现在连续多个不同赛季中呈现出不同的变化特征和变化趋势。1）在跑动表现方面，总跑动距离、平均跑动速度和中低速跑动指标都有着不同程度的下降；而单次高强度跑动的平均距离出现了明显的上升，但高强度跑动次数与间歇只出现了微小无意义的变化。2）在技术表现方面，个人控球平均触球次数、传中次数呈现出了稳步增长的趋势；个人控球时间、传球成功率指标也有着小幅度的提升。此外，2017赛季后的地面球争抢和抢断次数都呈现了不同程度的上升；犯规次数则有下降的趋势，但黄牌数量并没有同步减少。同时，单个异常赛季的体能表现指标与防守表现指标有着较为显著的波动，存在受到非比赛竞技类因素影响的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the differences of team performance from Chinese Soccer Super League(CSL) in different competitive seasons, so as to provide a theoretical basis for long-term competitive performance evaluation of Chinese professional football. Magnitude-based inference(MBI) and generalized mixed linear model were adopted to quantitatively analyse the running performance and technical performance of the 1899 games of the CSL in the 2012-2019 season. The study found that the match performance of Chinese professional football showed different changing characteristics and evolution trends under the influence of over 8 consecutive seasons. 1) In terms of running performance, the total running distance, average running speed, and low-to-medium-speed running indicators all decreased to varying degrees. The average distance of a single high-intensity run increased significantly, but there were only small, meaningless changes in the number of high-intensity runs and intervals. 2) In terms of technical performance, the average number of individual touches and the crosses have shown a steady growth trend; the indicators of individual possession time and pass success rate have also increased slightly. In addition, after the 2017 season, the number of ground duels and tackles have increased to varying degrees. There was a downward trend in the number of fouls, but the number of yellow cards has not decreased in tandem.
