小型风力发电机叶片损伤识别试验研究

【摘要】 针对风力发电机叶片的损伤识别定位,通过对损伤前后小型风机叶片进行试验,利用自互谱密度法得到其动力特性参数,以此研究叶片损伤识别与定位的方法.研究结果表明:叶片发生损伤后,叶片的固有频率都有降低,可以通过固有频率的下降作为判断叶片损伤的依据.叶片损伤周围区域模态振型与其他部分相比,会有更加明显的变化,损伤所在位置与曲线峰值位置基本相吻合,说明轴向振型差变化率可以对叶片的损伤位置进行有效定位.

【Abstract】 The dynamic characteristic parameters of small fan blades before and after damage were obtained by self-cross spectral density method to study blade damage identification and localization. The results show that the natural frequency of the blade decreases after the blade is damaged, so the decrease of the natural frequency of each order can be used as the basis to judge the blade damage. Compared with other parts, the mode shapes of the area around the blade damage have more obvious changes, and the damage location is basically consistent with the curve peak position, proving that the axial mode difference rate can effectively locate the blade damage location.
