橡胶旁承结构设计
Structure design of rubber side bearing
【摘要】 在橡胶弹性元件结构设计中利用ABAQUS有限元分析技术对静动刚度设计的预测和结构的改进,能有效提高橡胶弹性元件的使用寿命和开发周期,降低试验成本.以橡胶旁承为例,进行了产品结构分析和垂向刚度计算,验证了改进后的结构满足垂向刚度设计及产品工作高要求.
【Abstract】 In the structural design of rubber elastic elements, ABAQUS finite element analysis technology is used to predict the static and dynamic stiffness design and improve the structure, which can effectively improve the service life and development cycle of rubber elastic elements and reduce the test cost. Herein, the rubber side bearing was taken as an example to analyze the product structure and calculate the vertical stiffness, verifying that the improved structure meets the high requirements of vertical stiffness design and product work.
