【摘要】 智能推荐给社会化问答社区带来便利的同时也引发困扰，智能推荐问题情境下知识贡献行为的影响机理值得关注。基于知乎中关于“邀请回答”的已有问答数据，文章应用扎根理论方法提出了智能推荐问题情境下的问题质量评价指标，并构建了基于智能推荐问题的知识贡献行为“认知-动机-态度-意愿-行为”影响机理模型。研究发现，认知（问题质量、问题过载和提问者可靠性）、动机、态度（情感状态）和性格特征对知识贡献意愿和行为具有直接影响，动机和态度具有中介作用；过程连续性是“意愿-行为”作用路径的保障。基于此，对如何平衡社会化问答社区提问者和回答者、新问题和回答的关系提供了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent recommendation not only brings convenience to social Q&A communities, but also causes troubles.The influencing mechanism of knowledge contribution behavior in the context of intelligently recommended questions is worth attention. In the basis of existing Q&A data about ‘invitation to answer’ in Zhihu, this paper applies the grounded theory method to propose the question quality evaluation index in the context of intelligently recommended questions, and develop a ‘cognition-motivation-attitude-intention-behavior’ influencing mechanism model of knowledge contribution behavior based on intelligently recommended questions. Results show that cognition(question quality,question overload, and questioner reliability), motivation, attitude(affective state) and personality traits have direct impacts on knowledge contribution intention and behavior; motivation and attitude play mediating roles; process continuity is the guarantee condition of ‘intention-behavior’ path. This paper also provides suggestions on how to balance the relationship between questioners and answerers, new questions and answers in social Q&A communities.更多还原
