Ni网中间层对W/Fe异种金属激光焊接组织及力学性能研究
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni mesh interlayer for laser welding of W/Fe dissimilar metals
【摘要】 目的 探索W/Fe异种金属激光焊接新方法。方法 采用添加Ni网中间层对W/Fe进行焊接后,对接头的组织及力学性能进行分析。结果 Ni网作为中间层可有效减少焊接热裂纹的产生,并且减少焊缝FeW, Fe2W等金属化合物的形成,使得接头的力学性能优于未加Ni网的接头,W/Fe异种金属焊接试样的断裂位置在W母材处,而W/Ni/Fe异种金属焊接试样的断裂位置在焊缝(FZ)处。结论 添加Ni网可减少接头处热裂纹的产生,获得力学性能优良的W/Fe异种金属激光焊接头。
【Abstract】 Purposes—To explore a new laser welding method for W/Fe dissimilar metals. Methods—The microstructure and mechanical properties of W/Fe joints were analyzed after welding with Ni mesh interlayer. Results—As an intermediate layer, Ni mesh can effectively reduce the occurrence of welding cracks and effectively reduce the formation of weld FeW, Fe2W and other metal compounds, so that the mechanical properties of the joint is better than that of the joint without Ni mesh. The fracture position of W/Fe dissimilar metal welding sample is at the W base metal, while the fracture position of W/Ni/Fe dissimilar metal welding sample is at the weld(FZ). Conclusions—The addition of Ni mesh can reduce the hot crack of welding joint and obtain W/Fe dissimilar metal laser welding joint with good mechanical properties.
