穿戴式冰雪运动装备运动风险和效能评价关键技术平台研究进展
Research Progress in Technical Platforms for Sport Safety and Performance Assessment of Winter Sports Wearables
【摘要】 穿戴式冰雪运动装备在冰雪产业中与大众的关系最为密切,不同的冰雪项目均规定了必须佩戴的装备种类和数量。随着北京冬奥会的筹备和举办,中国的冰雪用户在迅速增加,中国冰雪产业也在这股“浪潮”推动下迎来了难得的发展时期。然而,我国在自主品牌的树立、冰雪用户引导和培养、技术研发储备和投入、产品标准的制定和监督等环节都远远落后于欧洲与北美国家。同时,我国穿戴式装备的制造仍以劳动密集型来料加工生产为主要特点,产品的设计以及销售环节被欧美运动品牌长期霸占,中国的个体企业很难在国际巨头的围追堵截下获得生存及发展空间。在此形势下中国企业面临技术转型的巨大困难,急需国家和社会各方人才的支持帮助“。科技冬奥”第二期重点研发计划中,北京体育大学联合9所科研院所和地方企业单位,承担了穿戴式冰雪运动装备运动风险和效能评价关键技术的研究工作。项目共分为5个课题,研究内容包括:风险和效能指标及测试方法研究、自动化检测仪器的自主开发,建立符合CNAS标准的检测实验室。通过上述工作内容,项目促进了头盔、护具、雪板、雪鞋、手套、冰刀鞋等常用穿戴式装备风险和效能指标检测的标准化进程。本项目最终成果为一个与国际接轨的运动风险和效能评价公共技术平台。该平台不仅是国内首个面向穿戴式冰雪装备的检测实验室,也将成为企业科技研发的催化所和体育装备研发人才的培养基地。
【Abstract】 Wearables for ice and snow sports are most closely related with the public in terms of the ice and snow industry.Different ice and snow sports require different sporting equipment. With the Beijing Olympic Winter Games going forward,China’s users of winter sports equipment are rapidly increasing,and China’s ice and snow industry has ushered in a rare period of development driven by this momentum. However,China is far behind the Nordic and Central European countries in terms of branding,guidance and training for users,reserve and investment in technology R&D,and the formulation and supervision of product standards. At the same time,the manufacture of wearables in China is still mainly characterized by labor-intensive processing and production of supplied materials. The design and sales of products have been dominated by European and North America’s sporting brands for a long time. It is difficult for Chinese individual enterprises to survive and develop in fierce global competition. Under this situation,Chinese enterprises are facing huge difficulties in technological transformation,and urgently need the support and help of professionals from all walks of life. In the second phase of the key“Tech-facilitated Winter Olympics”R&D plan,Beijing Sports University,in conjunction with 9 research institutes and local enterprises,undertook research on key technologies for sport safety and performance assessment of winter sport wearables. The project includes 5 topics,and the research contents include:risk and performance indicators and testing methods research,independent development of automated testing instruments,and establishing a testing platform that meet CNAS standards. Through the above research,the project promotes the standardization process of safety and performance indicators of commonly used wearables such as helmets,protective pads,snowboards,snowshoes,gloves,skate shoes,etc. The result of this project is a public technology platform for sport safety and performance assessment that is in line with international standards. The platform is not only China’s first testing laboratory for winter sports wearables,but will also become a catalyst for R&D of enterprises and a training base for professionals in sporting equipment R&D.
