【Abstract】 “Fengqiao Experience” is an original governance experience rooted in socialist culture with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, with distinctive Chinese characteristics, practical characteristics and the characteristics of times. To uphold and develop the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era, it’s crucial to thoroughly study and implement XI Jinping Thought on Rule of Law of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and refine the rule of law value of the “Fengqiao Experience” as a model of the socialist education movement, an example of comprehensive management of social security and a new practice of the modernization of community-level governance in the great historical process of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, being aimed at the difficulties and key points in the construction of a society ruled by law, it’s critical to solve the conflict between social norms and laws, crack the dilemma of trusting the letters and visits rather than laws, and apply comprehensive mechanism for multiple prevention and mediation of conflicts to provide a guarantee for solid foundations, stable expectations and long-term benefits, so as to demonstrate the theoretical character and contemporary value of “Fengqiao Experience”,solve social contradictions, stabilize social order, and stimulate social vitality.更多还原
