【摘要】 住院医师规范培训（简称住培）是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分，随着住培管理的规范和住院医师的与日俱增，通过住培信息化管理系统提升住培管理工作质量、节约人力成本投入逐渐成为医院住培管理工作的重中之重。该文阐述了郑州大学第一附属医师住培管理信息化建设的必要性和主要原则，总结并分析了住培信息化管理平台的应用及其对住培管理工作发挥的作用和价值，并对住培信息化未来的发展方向进行思考与展望。旨在向更多进行住培信息化建设的医院分享信息化建设、节约资源投入、提高工作效率的经验，将我国的住培事业推向新的高度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standardized residency training is an important part of medical education after graduation. With the arrival of “Internet +” era, the standardization of the residential training management process and the increase of residents, it is becoming the top priority for the standardized residency training management to gradually improve the quality of training management and save labor cost investment through the training information management system.This study investigated the necessity and main principles of information construction of standardized residency training management. We summarized and analyzed its application, role and value to residency training management.The thinking and prospects for the future development direction of standardized residency training informatization was also involved. This paper aims to share the experience of information construction, resource investment saving and work efficiency improvement with more hospitals for information construction of standardized residency training,so as to push the standardized residency training management to a new height.更多还原
