【摘要】 目的 了解外科专业学位研究生培养现状及就业意向，为相关部门制订适应现阶段外科专业学位研究生培养措施提供参考。方法 以北京大学人民医院68名外科专业学位研究生为研究对象，利用问卷星平台采用问卷调查方法进行自编问卷调查，并通过频数和百分比的形式对调查结果进行描述性统计。结果 77.9%的外科专业学位研究生为男性，年龄≤26岁者占70.6%，月均收入1 000～3 000元者占82.3%。77.9%的外科专业学位研究生每日工作时间9～12h,70.6%的外科专业学位研究生每周工作6d，外科专业学位研究生认为在培养中最需要提升的分别是临床思维能力（85.0%）、外科基本功（80.0%）、最新指南共识学习能力（44.0%）及科研论文撰写能力（44.0%）。有52.9%的外科专业学位研究生认为在轮转科室参加手术对职业生涯重要，有38.2%的外科专业学位研究生将来不打算或不确定从事外科工作，外科专业学位研究生最希望在培养中进行改变的分别是增加收入（80.0%）、减少月值班数目（52.0%）和增加手术中操作机会（47.0%）。结论 将培养目标与临床工作有机结合以及改善临床工作环境是进一步提高外科专业学位研究生培养效果的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status and occupational concept of surgical graduate students so as to provides references for the relevant departments of the university to formulate educational or administrative measures for adapting to the present stage of surgical training. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the 68 surgical graduate students trained in Peking University People’s Hospital at August 2021. The collected data was demonstrated as frequency and percentage. Results 77.9%surgical graduate students were male, 70.6 % were younger than 26 years old, and 82.3 % had average monthly income of 1000-3000 yuan. 77.9% surgical graduate students had 9-12 daily working hours and 77.9% had six daily working days. The most valuable skills to master during training were clinical thinking ability(85.0%), basic surgical skills(80.0%), latest guidelines or consensus(44.0%) and research paper(44.0%). Only 52.9% surgical graduate students considered learning surgery at the training department was important during their career. There were 38.2% surgical graduate students intending not to be surgeons. The 3 aspects which surgical graduate students wanted to be improved were increasing income(80.0%), reducing number of duties(52.0%) and increasing the opportunity during surgery(47.0%).
