球孢白僵菌株Bb170428与十二种低毒杀虫剂混用适合度的研究

【摘要】 以12种新型低毒杀虫剂为试材,以球孢白僵菌Bb170428为供试菌株,通过测量平板上孢子萌发、菌落生长直径和产孢量,评价新型低毒杀虫剂对球孢白僵菌Bb170428的影响,进而明确杀虫剂与白僵菌混用适合度,以期为白僵菌与杀虫剂合理混用提供参考依据。结果表明:虱螨脲和乙基多杀菌素对菌株Bb170428孢子萌发无明显影响,双丙环虫酯、茚虫威、氯虫苯甲酰胺、虱螨脲对孢子萌发、菌落生长和孢子产量影响较小,而螺虫·噻虫啉影响最大。菌药混合0 d茚虫威和双丙环虫酯推荐稀释倍数3倍和9倍,虱螨脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和除虫脲推荐稀释倍数9倍对孢子萌发、菌落生长、产孢量无明显抑制作用;混合1 d双丙环虫酯推荐稀释倍数3倍和9倍、氯虫苯甲酰胺推荐稀释倍数9倍,混合3 d氯虫苯甲酰胺推荐稀释倍数9倍对菌株无明显影响。综上所述,杀虫剂浓度、菌药混合时长对菌株Bb170428孢子萌发、菌落生长速度和产孢量均能产生影响,大多杀虫剂随浓度增加和混合时间延长,对孢子萌发率、菌落生长和孢子产量的抑制作用增强,菌药混用适合度降低,但不同杀虫剂间存在较大差异。

【Abstract】 Taking 12 new low-toxic insecticides as test materials and Beauveria bassiana Bb170428 as test strain, the effects of new low-toxic insecticides on Beauveria bassiana Bb170428 were evaluated by measuring spore germination, colony growth diameter and spore yield on the plate, so as to clarify the fitness of the mixture of insecticides and Beauveria bassiana,in order to provide reference for the rational mixture of Beauveria bassiana and insecticides.The results showed that lufenuron and spinetoram had no significant effect on spore germination of strain Bb170428,while afidopyropen, indoxacarb, chlorantranili-prole and lufenuron had little effect on spore germination, colony growth and spore yield, while spirotetramat·thiacloprid had the greatest effect.When Beauveria bassiana and insecticides were mixed for 0 day, indoxacarb and afidopyropen at the recommended dilution of 3 times and 9 times, and lufenuron, chlorantranili-prole, spinetoram, emamectin benzoate and hexaflumuron at the recommended dilution of 9 times had no obvious inhibitory effect on spore germination, colony growth and spore yield.Mixing Beauveria bassiana and insecticides for 1 day, afidopyropen at the recommended dilution of 3 times and 9 times, chlorantranili-prole at the recommended dilution of 9 times had no significant effect on the strains.Mixing Beauveria bassiana and insecticides for 3 days, chlorantranili-prole at the recommended dilution of 9 times had no significant effect on the strains.In summary, the concentration of pesticides and the mixing time of Beauveria bassiana and pesticides could affect the spore germination, colony growth rate and spore yield of strain Bb170428.With the increase of concentration and mixing time, most insecticides increased the inhibition of spore germination rate, colony growth and spore yield, and the fitness of Beauveria bassiana and insecticides decreased.However, there were great differences among different insecticides.
