‘黄金芽’GST基因在不同光照条件下的表达分析
Expression Analysis of GST Genes in ‘Huangjinya’ Under Different Light Conditions
【摘要】 以茶树‘黄金芽’扦插苗为试材,对‘黄金芽’在白光、红白2∶3、红白蓝3∶2∶1、红蓝5∶1进行4种光照处理,采用实时荧光定量PCR分析4种光照处理下‘黄金芽’叶片中CsGSTs基因的表达情况,以期为深入研究光敏型茶树品种‘黄金芽’CsGSTs基因在不同光照条件下的表达提供参考依据。结果表明:与白光相比,发现处理18 d后,4个茶树CsGSTs基因均是红白2∶3光照条件下表达量最高,因此在红白2∶3光照条件下可以诱导茶树CsGSTs的表达,相反4个CsGSTs基因在红白蓝3∶2∶1和红蓝5∶1条件下表达量最低。说明在白光的基础上加入红光之后可以诱导CsGSTs的表达,而在白光的基础上加入蓝光之后会抑制CsGSTs的表达。
【Abstract】 Taking the cutting seedling of ‘Huangjinya’ of tea tree as the test material, the cuttings of‘Huangjinya’ were treated with white light, red-white 2∶3,red-white-blue 3∶2∶1 and red blue 5∶1.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to analyze the expression of CsGSTs genes in tender leaves of‘Huangjinya’ under four light treatments, in order to provide reference for further research on the expression of CsGSTs genes of photosensitive tea cultivar ‘Huangjinya’ under different light conditions.The results showed that compared with white light, it was found that after 18 days treatment, the expression levels of the four CsGSTs genes were the highest under the red-white 2∶3 light condition, so the expression of tea tree CsGSTs could be induced under the red and white 2∶3 light condition.On the contrary, the expression levels of the four CsGSTs genes were the lowest under the conditions of red-white-blue 3∶2∶1 and red-blue 5∶1.It shows that the expression of CsGSTs could be induced by adding red light to white light, while the expression of CsGSTs could be inhibited by adding blue to white light.
