【摘要】 面对全球气候变暖等环境问题，推进“碳减排”工作迫在眉睫。作为经济强省的山东省，在经济发展过程中也面临严峻的降碳压力。为进一步探究山东省碳排放发展情况，采用Tapio脱钩模型和LMDI模型，以山东省2000年-2020年的数据为基础，分析山东省碳排放总体发展特点和影响碳排放的各种因素，并以此为基础，从改善能源消费结构、提高能源利用效率、优化产业结构、提高经济发展质量、发挥人口规模的正向作用等几个方面为山东省降低碳排放以实现可持续发展提供一定的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of environmental problems such as global warming, it is imperative to promote “carbon emission reduction”. As an economically strong province, Shandong Province is also facing severe carbon reduction pressure in the process of economic development. In order to further explore the development of carbon emissions in Shandong Province, the Tapio decoupling model and the LMDI model are used to analyze the overall development characteristics of carbon emissions in Shandong Province and various factors affecting carbon emissions based on the data of Shandong Province from 2000 to 2020. On this basis, from the aspects of improving the energy consumption structure, this study aims to improve energy utilization efficiency, optimize the industrial structure, improve the quality of economic development, and giving play to the positive role of population size. Shandong Province provides certain policy suggestions for reducing carbon emissions and achieving sustainable development.更多还原
