【Abstract】 The new gig economy based on Internet technology has deeply affected the employment model of platform companies for gig workers. With the explosion of various social employment incidents, traditional human resource management cannot adapt to the gig economy format. Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper selects three representative enterprise employment models through multi-case comparison research, compares and analyzes them from the task level and the management level, designs the employment ecosystem model framework of the platform-based enterprise gig employment mode, and put forward suggestions for optimizing the employment mode.更多还原
