安徽省现行主推家蚕品种人工饲料育综合成绩调查
Investigation on Comprehensive Performance of Artificial Diet Rearing Silkworm Varieties in Anhui Province
【摘要】 为考察不同家蚕品种人工饲料育的饲育效果,选择安徽省5个现行蚕品种(菁松×皓月、皖丰×夏晖、华康2号、华康3号、苏豪×钟晔)为试验品种,以人工饲料育适应性品种优食一号为对照种,设置全龄桑叶育(MF)、1—3龄人工饲料育4—5龄桑叶育(AMF)、全龄人工饲料育(AF)3种饲育处理方式,以龄期经过、蚕体重、经济性状与健康性、丝质成绩为指标调查不同家蚕品种不同饲育方式的综合成绩。结果表明,各试验品种AMF组家蚕综合饲育成绩较优秀,与MF组差异较小,而各试验品种AF组综合饲育成绩较差,品比结果表明菁松×皓月综合饲育成绩较优。因此,采用小蚕饲料育、大蚕桑叶育方式饲养优食一号或菁松×皓月可以实现较为理想的饲育效果。
【Abstract】 To investigate the comprehensive performance of artificial diet rearing silkworm varieties, five main silkworm varieties in Anhui(Jingsong× Haoyue, Wanfeng × Xiahui, Huakang No.2, Huakang No.3, Suhao × Zhongye) were selected as the experimental variety and Youshi No. 1(artificial diet adaptive breed) as the control, three feeding treatments were set up, namely, silkworm reared with mulberry leaf at all instars(MF), with an artificial diet during first to third instars and mulberry leaf during the fourth and fifth instars(AMF), with an artificial diet at all instars(AF). The comprehensive performance of different feeding methods of different silkworm varieties were investigated with instar course, body weight, economic characteristics and health, and specific indexes of cocoon as indicators. The results show that the comprehensive feeding performance of silkworm in AMF group is better, there is little difference with MF group, while the comprehensive feeding performance of AF group is worse, the comparison among varieties showed that Jingsong × Haoyue has better comprehensive rearing performance. Therefore, using AMF method to feed Youshi No. 1 or Jingsong × Haoyue can achieve ideal feeding effect.
