【Abstract】 It explored the power and responsibility relationship in this paper caused by withdrawal of manuscript between the periodical office and the author, between the periodical office and other periodical office, between periodical office and other oblige such as database from the perspective of law.The periodical office should clarify the theme of withdrawal, standardize the method of withdrawal, improve the content of withdrawal statement, and perform relevant accompanying obligations, so as to run the journal according to law and maintain the ecological order of copyright effectively.更多还原
