微胶囊含量和温度对环氧微胶囊自愈砂浆性能影响的研究

【摘要】 制备了用于修复砂浆裂缝的环氧微胶囊和自愈砂浆试件,对自愈砂浆试件采用不同加载幅度进行预压损伤,用预压损伤试件与无损试件抗压强度的相对变化幅度衡量自修复效果。研究了微胶囊含量、预压荷载、烘烤温度对自修复效果的影响。试验结果表明:采用50%抗压强度对试件进行预压损伤,二次加载后所有自愈砂浆均表现出较好的修复效果,且微胶囊含量3%的砂浆自修复效果最好。经高温烘烤后,砂浆抗压强度随烘烤温度增加而降低,且二次加载自愈砂浆的修复效果不佳。

【Abstract】 Self-healing mortar specimens and epoxy microcapsules for repairing mortar were prepared, and the self-healing mortar specimens were subjected to pre-pressure damage using different loading amplitudes, and the self-healing effect was measured by the relative change amplitude of compressive strength of pre-pressure damaged specimens and nondamaged specimens. The effects of microcapsule content, pre-pressure loading and baking temperature on the self-healing effect were investigated. The test results showed that the specimens were pre-compressed with 50% compressive strength for damage, and all self-healing mortars showed good repair effect after secondary loading, and the mortar with 3% microcapsule content had the best self-healing effect. After high temperature baking, the compressive strength of mortar decreased with increasing baking temperature, and the repair effect of self-healing mortar with secondary loading was poor.
