【摘要】 文章提出用集对分析方法构造基于模糊联系度的相对差异度函数，进而建立集对分析-可变模糊综合评价模型(SPA-FCE)。应用所建模型对亳州市2012-2017年的水资源承载力进行评价，结果表明，亳州市水资源承载力综合评价等级为3级，属于超载，此结果与实际情况相符，验证了模型的适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the set pair analysis theory, a method is presented to establish the relative diversity degree function by fuzzy degree of connection. The integrated model of set pair analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(SPA-FCE) is established. Its application to the water resources carrying capacity evaluation in Bozhou City shows that the comprehensive assessment grade of water resources carrying capacity of Bozhou City is 3 grade from 2012 to 2017,reaching the over load level. The results coincide with the actual situation, which validates the applicability of the model.更多还原
