【摘要】 语言服务的发展离不开语言教育的鼎力相助。汉语国际教育是语言教育的重要组成部分，其业态发展及人才培养有助于语言服务的发展。针对语言服务视域下汉语国际教育人才培养中存在的培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、师资力量薄弱、学生就业困难等问题，提出明晰培养目标，突显办学特色；调整课程设置，优化课程体系；加强师资培训，提高师资水平；多措并举，拓宽学生就业渠道等一系列措施。以期为当下高校的汉语国际教育人才培养提供启示与借鉴的同时促进语言服务的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of language service relies on strong support from language education, while Chinese international education plays an important role in language education. Its format development and talent cultivation will benefit the development of language service. According to the problems in talent cultivation of Chinese international education based on language service, including unreasonable course arrangement, weak teaching staff, difficult employment, this article proposes a series of measures, such as clarifying cultivation target, highlighting schooling features, adjusting course arrangement, improving course system, enhancing teacher training, increasing teacher competence, widening student’s employment channels in multiple ways, etc. This article is intended to offer reference for the current talent cultivation of Chinese international education, and promote the development of language service.更多还原
