土壤中高效氯氰菊酯残留量测定的不确定度分析
Analysis of Uncertainty Determination of β-cypermethrin Residues in Soil
【摘要】 本文依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012),建立了气相色谱法测定土壤中高效氯氰菊酯残留量的不确定度数学模型,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和评估。结果表明:在0.03 mg/kg添加水平、95%置信区间(k=2)下,土壤中高效氯氰菊酯的测定结果为(0.0290±0.005 1)mg/kg。测定过程中的不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合引入,可通过选择合适的标准溶液浓度范围、增加标准溶液的测定次数等措施减少不确定度,保证检测结果的准确、可靠。
【Abstract】 According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059.1—2012), this paper established a mathematical model of uncertainty in the determination of β-cypermethrin residues in soil by gas chromatography, analyzed and evaluated the sources of uncertainty in the determination process. The results showed that the determination result of β-cypermethrin in soil was(0.0290±0.005 1) mg/kg at the addition level of 0.03 mg/kg and the 95% confidence interval(k=2). The uncertainty in the determination process mainly came from standard curve fitting.The uncertainty could be reduced by selecting appropriate concentration range of standard solution, increasing the measurement times of standard solution and so on, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
