【摘要】 颅骨骨缝处肌肉浅薄,且没有致密的骨组织覆盖,故正气亏虚时骨缝更易受寒,本文试从颅骨解剖结构出发,从骨缝的角度探讨外寒侵入机体的过程、表现,介绍与颅骨骨缝重合的经络、穴位,通过在头部运用大直径艾条灸法,将寒邪从骨缝逐出的方法、机理、施灸注意事项,并详述了笔者运用灸法治疗五官疾病的两则医案,希望为临床中寒邪的诊治提供一种新的思考,供同行参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The muscles at the seams of the skull are shallow and do not be covered by the dense bone tissue,so the bone seams are more susceptible to cold when the positive qi is weak.This paper tries from the skull anatomy structure,and the perspective of bone seams to explore the process of external cold getting into the bodyas well as the performance.Meanwhile,this paper introduce the use of moxa sticks with large diameter in the head,and use this method to get out of the cold from the bone seams.Two medical cases are recorded in this paper.We hope to provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of cold in the clinic for peer reference.更多还原
