【Abstract】 Craniocerebral injury is one of the most common diseases leading to physical disability.It is often accompanied by sensory,perceptual,cognitive,communication,behavioral and motor dysfunction,which seriously affects the patients’ daily living ability and functional independence,and brings heavy economic burden to the family and society.Therefore,to achieve effective and independent movement is an important rehabilitation goal for patients with craniocerebral injury,which makes walking ability training particularly important in the rehabilitation process.A large number of literatures have confirmed that backward walking(BW) training has positive effects on patients with different motor dysfunction.This paper reviews the effects of backward walking(BW) training on balance ability,walking ability,muscle strength and flexibility in children with cerebral palsy and patients with stroke.更多还原
