【摘要】 咽肌痉挛是临床上较少见的疾病,临床报道亦少,目前该疾病的病因机制认识尚未完全明确,现代医学尚无特异统一的有效方法。本案患者以咽喉部异响为主诉,经口服中西药治疗后病情未见缓解而求助针刺疗法,取得较为满意的疗效,值得临床参考,故予以报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pharyngeal muscle spasm is a rare disease in clinic,and there are few clinical reports.At present,the understanding of the etiology and mechanism of the disease is not completely clear,and there is no specific and unified effective method in modern medicine.In this case,the patient’s main complaint was abnormal noise in the throat.After oral treatment with Chinese and Western medicine,his condition was not relieved,so he resorted to acupuncture therapy,which achieved satisfactory curative effect and was worthy of clinical reference,so it was reported.更多还原
