【摘要】 目的：对脑卒中镜像疗法相关文献记录进行计量学分析，以明确该领域的研究趋势和不足。方法：应用Web of Science检索文献，通过Excel和CiteSpace软件进行检索结果的统计和分析。结果：初步检索出421篇文献，对检索结果进一步筛选得出379篇，其中2019年发文量最高，发文最多的国家为美国，其次是韩国和中国。载文量最多的期刊是ARCH PHYS MED REHAB,Michielsen2011年的文章获得最高被引频次。重要关键词除脑卒中和镜像疗法外，还包括运动康复、运动损伤等。结论：镜像疗法对脑卒中患者上下肢运动康复是该领域目前的研究热点，对于脑卒中合并运动损伤等合病的康复是未来的研究趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make a bibliometric analysis of the literature records related to mirror therapy for stroke in order to clarify the research trends and deficiencies in this field. Methods: The literatures were searched by Web of Science, and the results were statistically analyzed by Excel and CiteSpace software. Results: 421 articles were preliminarily searched, and 379 articles were obtained by further screening the search results,among which the number of articles published in 2019 was the highest, and the country with the largest number of articles was the United States, followed by South Korea and China. The journals with the largest number of articles were cited the most frequently in the year of ARCH PHYS MED REHAB, Michielsen2011. In addition to stroke and mirror therapy, important keywords also include sports rehabilitation, sports injury and so on.Conclusion: Mirror therapy for motor rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs in patients with stroke is the current research hotspot in this field, and the rehabilitation of stroke complicated with sports injury is the research trend in the future.更多还原
