【摘要】 目的：研究运用戴明环(PDCA)优化儿童体检流程及缩短体检时间的效果。方法：选取2021年3月-8月在某医院儿童保健科进行体检的500例儿童作为研究对象，未采取PDCA的为对照组(n=220)，采用PDCA的为PDCA组(n=280)。对照组儿童体检按照常规体检流程进行，PDCA组采用PDCA优化儿童体检流程。对比两组儿童客户的体检所用时间、体检报告发放时间。结果：PDCA组儿童体检所用时间为(3.51±0.82)h，明显短于对照组儿童体检所用时间，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA组体检报告发放时间为(9.25±1.93)d，明显短于对照组体检报告发放时间，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对儿童体检流程采用PDCA优化，可缩短其体检所用时间及体检报告发放时间，有利于体检质量的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of PDCA to optimize children’s physical examination process and shorten its time. Methods: A total of 500 cases of children underwent physical examination in the child Health Department of our hospital from March 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the objects. Children who did not take PDCA were put in the control group(n=220) and those who took PDCA were in the PDCA group(n=280). The physical examination of children in the control group was carried out according to the routine physical examination process while that in the PDCA group was optimized by PDCA.The time spent on physical examination and releasing its report were then compared between the two groups. Results: The physical examination time of PDCA group was(3.51±0.82) h, which was significantly shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The release time of physical examination report in PDCA group was(9.25±1.93) d, which was significantly shorter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of PDCA optimization for children’s medical examination process can shorten the time for both medical examination process and their report issuance time, which is conducive to the improvement of medical examination quality.更多还原
