【摘要】 目的：探讨中医药护理对压力性损伤患者皮肤护理的效果，进一步提高压力性损伤患者的护理水平。方法：选取某医院住院治疗的78例压力性损伤患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组患者采用中药制剂外敷压力性损伤创面及其皮肤，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察干预后压力性损伤愈合情况及临床疗效。结果：干预组患者干预后压力性损伤愈合评分明显低于对照组，临床疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药制剂外敷能够促进压力性损伤的愈合，具有明显的临床疗效，值得临床进一步推荐使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper aims to discuss the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on wound healing and skin care of patients with pressure injury and improve nursing quality.Methods:Seventy-eight hospitalized patients with pressure injury in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations were used in the intervention group to externally apply pressure injury wounds and their skin,while the control group received routine nursing care.The post-intervention pressure injury healing and clinical efficacy in both groups were observed.Results:The evaluation score of stress injury healing in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was better than that in the intervention group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations can promote the healing of pressure injuries,has obvious clinical efficacy,and is worthy of further clinical use.更多还原
