【摘要】 总结1例疫情期间儿童急症小儿脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后腹腔端引流管脱出处理护理经验。主要护理措施包括院前新冠疫情流行病学调查，住院期间经过精心护理，包括家长心理护理、给予人文关怀、积极完善术前准备，禁食水、胃肠减压、抗感染支持补液对症治疗、严密观察病情变化。婴幼儿脑积水术后需注意头围、囟门、精神反应变化，腹部体征尤应注意。患儿饮食、排泄、患儿活动，一旦出现分流管脱出，立即处理是关键，术后严密观察患儿生命体征、腹部体征、排泄情况，特殊疫情背景下护理人文关怀，给予患儿和家长照护支持是护理核心。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the nursing experience of a case of acute hydrocephalus in children after ventricul operitoneal shunt.The main nursing measures include pre-hospital epidemiological investigation of COVID-19,careful nursing during hospitalization,parental psychological nursing,humanistic care,and positive improvement of preoperative preparation.Fasting water,gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infection support fluid replacement symptomatic treatment,close observation of the disease changes were conducted.After hydrocephalus operation,attention should be paid to the changes of head circumference,fontanelle and mental response,especially to abdominal signs.Once the shunt tube prolapse occurs,immediate treatment is the key.Postoperative close observation of the vital signs,abdominal signs and excretion of the children,nursing humanistic care under the special epidemic background,and nursing support for the children and their parents is the core of nursing.更多还原
