【摘要】 目的：探讨中青年与老年肺癌患者的临床特点，为不同年龄段肺癌的临床诊疗提供理论依据。方法：收集某医院收治的中青年与老年肺癌患者的临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果：中青年组女性患者占比高于老年组，有吸烟史的患者少于老年组，合并高血压、糖尿病、冠心病的比例显著低于老年组(P<0.05)；两组患者首发症状咳嗽、咳痰，腺癌占比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；进一步分析发现中青年组小细胞癌、鳞癌占比，肿瘤Ⅳ期及淋巴结转移占比，以及血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125、CA153、NSE、SCC水平显著低于老年组(P<0.05)。经相关性分析，年龄与肺癌患者的肿瘤分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移、血清肿瘤标志物水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论：中青年与老年肺癌患者在性别、分期、病理类型上存在显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of young and middle-aged and elderly patients with lung cancer,and provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in different age groups.Methods:Clinical data of young and middle-aged and elderly patients with lung cancer admitted to hospital were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results:The proportion of female patients in young and middle-aged group was higher than that in the elderly group,the number of patients with smoking history was less than that in the elderly group,and the proportion of patients with hypertension,diabetes and coronary heart disease was significantly lower than that in the elderly group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the initial symptoms of cough and expectoration,as well as in the proportion of adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).Further analysis showed that the proportion of small cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma,the proportion of tumor stage IV and lymph node metastasis,and the levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153,NSE and SCC in the young and middle-aged group were significantly lower than those in the elderly group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that age was positively correlated with tumor stage,lymph node metastasis and the level of serum tumor markers(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences in gender,stage and pathological type between young and middle-aged lung cancer patients and elderly patients.更多还原
