【摘要】 高速交通将提升区域可达性效率，而促进社会公平是区域协调发展的重要内容。基于效率与公平视角，采用加权平均旅行时间(WATT)、潜在可达性(PA)指标，通过其变化率、变异系数和变化率标准化值，探讨有无高速交通情境下可达性变化的空间分异规律。结果表明：(1)高速交通系统的发展提高了六安的可达性效率，其中高速铁路提升效果最为明显；(2)不同交通方式对六安可达性效率的空间格局产生不同影响，高速公路促进六安南部大别山地区可达性提升，高速铁路使得六安可达性高值区向西北、西南方向延伸，民用航空更有利于东北地区可达性的提升；(3)从公平角度看，高速交通发展能有效促进市域PA可达性的均衡发展，但是也拉大WATT可达性区域差距。各区县内部受影响程度不同但总体以不均衡发展为主。各乡镇以高速交通走廊沿线乡镇受高速交通影响较大，对区域均衡性的提升最为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high-speed transportation can improve regional accessibility, and social justice is an important part of regional coordinated development.From the perspective of efficiency and equity, weighted average travel time(WATT) and potential accessibility(PA) were chosen as indicator to explore spatial differentiation law of the accessibility changes.The results show that the high-speed transportation greatly improves the efficiency of accessibility, whereas the contribution of the highspeed railway is greater than others.There is a big gap between different traffic modes in different areas—the highway systems have the largest improvement in the southern Dabie Mountains, the high-speed railway extends the high accessibility area to the northwest and southwest, and civil aviation is better for the promotion of accessibility in the Northern Plains.From the perspective of equity, high-speed transportation development can effectively promote the balanced development of PA,but also widen the regional gap of WATT.The impacts on different districts and counties are different but the development is unbalanced as a whole.At the township level, the villages and towns along high-speed transportation corridor are greatly affected, which is most significant to the regional balanced development.更多还原
