【Abstract】 Under the background of improving quality and cultivating excellence, the pursuit of "high quality" has become the latest yardstick for the construction of vocational education teachers. There are three major problems in the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges, namely, low “adaptability”, unclear direction, and insufficient systematization.
