【摘要】 自2019年国家倡导高职院校对社会人员实行大量扩招以来，如何构建扩招生源的教学质量保障体系，充分发挥学校现有的资源优势，加快培养区域经济发展急需的高素质技术技能型人才，是当下各高职院校亟须解决的问题。在实际教学管理中，部分高职院校存在人才培养模式不配套、教学模式单一、教学评价体系不适用等问题。因此，应根据生源特点，优化教育教学模式；依据“用户”需求，配备“双师型”教师队伍；完善网络教学平台，构建相适应的教学评价体系；推行“宽进严出”制度，实行弹性学制管理。更多还原
