【摘要】 “信息茧房”是美国学者桑斯坦提出的概念，它的形成条件是“回音室效应”，固化条件是“群体盲信”，再制机理是“群体极化”。“信息茧房”是信息时代的副产品，它不利于人们健全地认识世界，不利于人们判断权威话语的正确性，更不利于交往的有序展开。通过信息素养培育，特别是以知识培育树立人们对知识的选择判准与对信息文明的健全认识，可以防止茧房的出现；以品德培育树立人们对符合社会主义价值观的思想、道德、理想的基本遵循，有助于突破茧房之中的盲信；以法纪教育进行问责追责和典型表彰，可以直接遏止极端化的蔓延，矫正茧房之中的极化。因此，有必要以信息素养培育促使人们破茧成蝶。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Information cocoon" is an important concept proposed by American scholar Sunstein,which is formed with the "echo chamber effect",the curing condition of "group blindness",and the reproduction mechanism of "group polarization". "Information cocoon" is a by-product of the information age. It is not conducive to people’s understanding of the world as a whole,to judging the correctness of authoritative discourse,and to the orderly development of communication. The emergence of cocoon houses can be prevented through the cultivation of information literacy,especially the establishment of people’s choice and judgment of knowledge and the complete understanding of information civilization through the cultivation of knowledge. The establishment of people’s ideological and moral ideals of socialist values and the basic compliance with ideological security by the cultivation of morality helps to break through the "blind trust" in the cocoon houses,while the direct accountability and typical recognition by the education of law and discipline can directly curb the spread of extremism and correct the polarization in the cocoon. Therefore,it is necessary to promote people to break cocoons into a butterfly by the cultivation of information literacy.更多还原
