【Abstract】 Grass roots agricultural technology extension personnel are “last mile” of agricultural technology extension to farmers. Their professional quality and professional skill level are directly related to the transformation and application level of scientific and technological achievements. By analyzing the basic training situation and student feedback of township aquatic technology promotion personnel in Shanghai since 2014, this paper understands the age structure, educational background composition and professional counterpart rate of township aquatic technology promotion personnel in Shanghai, and puts forward specific targeted measures for relevant problems, in order to stimulate the vitality of township aquatic technology promotion personnel and contribute to the overall promotion of rural revitalization, provide strong talent support and intellectual guarantee for the green development of aquaculture.更多还原
