【摘要】 为促进食品科学与工程等专业食品微生物学实验课程的教学成效，提升本科生微生物学实验设计和操作的基本素养，有效促进学生在自主学习、理论实践、科技创新等方面综合发展，结合新形势下工科的发展特点，初步探索了微生物实验课程的改革模式。分析了食品微生物学实验课程教学中存在的问题，针对性地提出了一系列改进措施，包括改革实验教学大纲内容，增设多元化的混合式教学方式；优化教学资源，扩大实践教学比重；引入代谢组学等先进分析技术用于数据统计，挖掘学生的综合创新能力；全面提升学生的实践设计水平，为培养能够适应现代化产业发展需求的全面新型行业人才奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the teaching effect of food microbiology experiment course for food science and technology major, promote the basic literacy of microbiology experiment design and operation of undergraduate students, and improve the multiaspect development of students in autonomic learning, theory practice and scientific and technical innovation, we preliminarily explored on the reform mode of food microbiology experiment in combination of the development characteristics of faculty of engineering under new situations.The problems existed in this course were analyzed.A series of reform measures were accordingly proposed, including reforming the content of experiment teaching syllabus, adding diversified mixed teaching methods, optimizing teaching resources, expanding the proportion of practical teaching, introducing metabonomics and other advanced analysis techniques for data statistics, excavating students’ comprehensive innovation ability and comprehensively improve students’ practical design level, which would lay the foundation to foster the all-round talent for adapting the industry development requirements in future.更多还原
