【摘要】 高校对学生社区建设还存在认识不到位、机制不顺畅、管理不健全、育人氛围不浓厚等问题。构建“1644”型党建与思想政治工作进学生社区育人新模式可有效解决以上问题，即以学生为本，做好“党建引领、管理协同、队伍进驻、服务下沉、文化浸润、自我治理”六项重点工作，把“领导、管理、思政、服务”四类力量压实到学生中间，将学生社区打造成为“党建和思想政治工作的高地、培养人才的园地、管理服务学生的基地、维护校园安全稳定的阵地”,并建立考核评价体系，聚力打通“三全育人”“最后一公里”。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the construction of student community in colleges and universities, there still exist some problems such as inadequate understanding, unsmooth operation of mechanism, unsound management and weak atmosphere of education. To solve these problems, this paper suggests a new mode for Party building and ideological and political work in the student community education. To be specific, our work should be student-oriented; priorities should be given to Party building, management, coordination, service, culture cultivation, and self-governance; Efforts should be made to integrate the Party leadership, management, education and service into student work; the student community should be built into the highland of Party building and ideological and political work, the garden of cultivating talents, the base of managing and serving students, and the front of maintaining campus security and stability. Moreover, the system of assessment and evaluation should be established to get through the last mile of “three-in-one education”.更多还原
