【摘要】 城乡融合发展并非简单的城市、乡村加和，它更强调城与乡的一体化发展。共同富裕视角下探索城乡融合发展，可进一步丰富其内涵，突出社会治理的效能。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，要求推动共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展，而城乡融合发展不充分、城乡利益分配格局不合理、城乡融合发展机制不健全等问题，仍然是阻碍城乡融合发展的重要因素。研究城乡融合发展，亦需立足于共同富裕的客观要求从宏观的初级阶段向微观的动态层面转变，具体可从以下三个维度进行优化：统筹城乡一体化，破解发展不平衡不充分问题；以人民为中心，完善城乡民生领域制度体系；优化顶层设计，激发城乡融合发展的内生动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integrated development of urban and rural areas is not merely a combination of urban and rural development; it emphasizes the integration of that. Exploring urban-rural integrated development from the perspective of common prosperity could enrich its connotation and give full play to the effectiveness of social governance. It is a mission to achieve more tangible and substantial progress in promoting common prosperity in the new era. However, there still exist some constraints on the development of urban-rural integration, such as the insufficient integration of urban and rural development, the unreasonable distribution of urban and rural interests, and the imperfect mechanism of urban-rural integration. The study on the urban-rural integrated development should be based on the objective requirements of common prosperity, which has developed from the macro elementary stage to the micro dynamic level. Specifically, it can be optimized from the following three dimensions: coordinating urban-rural development to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development; making the people the central focus of development and improving the system in the field of urban and rural residents’ livelihood; optimizing the top-level design and stimulating the endogenous power of urban-rural integrated development.更多还原
