基于生态系统服务价值的永州市生态补偿标准研究
Research on the Ecological Compensation Standards of Yongzhou City Based on the Value of Ecosystem Services
【摘要】 在对永州市2010年、2015年和2020年生态系统服务价值评估的基础上,进行流域生态补偿范围选择和优先级计算,并测算永州市内各县(市、区)的生态补偿标准。结果表明:永州市生态系统服务价值从2010年的1728.04×10~8元降至2015年的1723.21×10~8元,并在2020年回升至1726.6×10~8元,其中双牌县、道县、宁远县和新田县的生态系统服务价值是增量,其余县市区为减量;永州市各县市区的生态补偿优先级空间差异较大;各县市区之间生态补偿标准空间差异较大且呈现持续减少趋势,其中江华瑶族自治县和双牌县的需求强度系数最大,最小的则是冷水滩区和零陵区。
【Abstract】 Based on the evaluation of the ecosystem service value of Yongzhou in 20010, 2015 and 2020, the scope of ecological compensation in the river basin and the calculation of priority are calculated, and the ecological compensation standards of the counties(cities, districts)in Yongzhou are calculated. The results show that: 1)The value of ecosystem services in Yongzhou City decreased from 1,728.04×10~8yuan in 2010 to 1,723.21×10~8yuan in 2015,and rebounded to 1,726.6×10~8yuan in 2020. Among them, Shuangpai County, Dao xi an County and Ningyuan County The value of ecosystem services in Hexintian County is increasing, while the remaining counties and districts are decreasing. The ecological compensation priorities of the counties and urban areas in Yongzhou are quite different in space. The ecological compensation standard varies greatly among counties and cities and shows a continuous decreasing trend. Among them, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County and Shuangpai County have the largest demand intensity coefficients, while Lengshuitan District and Lingling District have the smallest demand intensity coefficients.
