【摘要】 目的：观察中药红藤化瘀汤治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效及对炎性因子、免疫学指标等方面的影响。方法：收集该院近2年间门诊盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者150例，随机分为3组：治疗Ⅰ组50例，给予自拟中药红藤化瘀汤口服，1剂/d；治疗Ⅱ组50例，中药红藤化瘀汤，浓煎灌肠，每晚1次；同期对照组50例，口服盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊。疗程均为半个月。分别比较3组的疗效(愈显率、总有效率)及炎性因子和免疫指标改变情况。结果：治疗Ⅰ组愈显(包括痊愈和显效病例，下同)32例(64%)，总有效率88%；治疗Ⅱ组愈显31例(62%)，总有效率86%；而对照组愈显例19例(38%)，总有效率58%。2治疗组在疗效、炎性因子及免疫学指标的改善等方面优于对照组，经统计学处理后：有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组相比，无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：中药红藤化瘀汤口服或灌肠治疗盆腔炎性后遗症，可改善其炎性因子及免疫学指标，对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效显著。中药口服或灌肠2种方法疗效相似，患者可自行选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Hongteng Huayu decoction on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis type and its effect on inflammatory factors and immunological indexes.Methods：A total of 150 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in outpatient clinic in our hospital in the past 2 years were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups：treatment group I,50 cases,was given the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Hongteng Huayu Decoction orally,1 dose/d;treatment group II,50 cases For example,traditional Chinese medicine Hongteng Huayu decoction,concentrated decoction enema,once a night;50 cases in the control group during the same period,oral levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules.The course of treatment is half a month.The curative effect (curable and marked rate,total effective rate) and the changes of inflammatory factors and immune indexes were compared among the three groups.Results：In treatment group I,32 cases (64%) showed improvement (including cured and markedly effective cases,the same below),with a total effective rate of 88%;in treatment group II,31 cases (62%) showed improvement,with a total effective rate of 86%;There were 19 cases (38%) in the group,and the total effective rate was 58%.2 The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of curative effect,improvement of inflammatory factors and immunological indexes,and after statistical analysis,there was a significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between treatment group I and treatment group II (P>0.05).Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine Hongteng Huayu Decoction taken orally or enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae can improve its inflammatory factors and immunological indicators,and has a significant effect on pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.The two methods of oral Chinese medicine or enema have similar curative effects,and patients can choose by themselves.更多还原
