醇胺基镧(Ⅲ)配合物制备La2O3/TiO2催化剂及光学性能研究
Study of Preparation and Optical Properties of La2O3/TiO2 Catalyst from Alcohol-Amine Lanthanum(Ⅲ)Compound
【摘要】 以LaCl3为原料合成醇胺基镧(Ⅲ)配合物1,将其作为前驱体通过原子层沉积法(ALD)制备La2O3/TiO2催化剂。利用红外光谱、核磁氢谱以及热重分析探究了醇胺基镧配合物1的结构与热化学性质。热重分析结果表明,配合物1具有良好的热稳定性和合适的挥发性,满足原子层沉积(ALD)的要求。通过XRD、SEM和UV-Vis吸收光谱表征了La2O3/Ti O2催化剂的晶型、形貌及光学性能。结果表明,当循环数为90,沉积温度为200℃时,La2O3/Ti O2催化剂对紫外光的吸收最强。与纯的二氧化钛及浸渍法制备的La2O3/Ti O2相比,ALD法制备的La2O3/TiO2催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解速率显著提高至100%。
【Abstract】 The alcohol-amine lanthanum(Ⅲ)compound 1 is synthesized from LaCl3and is then used as a precursor to prepare La2O3/Ti O2catalyst by atomic layer deposition(ALD).1HNMR spectrum,FTIR,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)are used to explore the structure and thermochemical properties of compound 1.The thermogravimetric results show that compound 1 has good thermal stability and suitable volatility to meet the requirements of ALD.The crystal form,morphology,elemental distribution,composition and optical properties of La2O3/Ti O2catalysts are characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and UV-Vis absorption spectra.The results show that when the number of cycles is 90 and the deposition temperature is 200℃,the La2O3/Ti O2catalyst has the strongest absorption of ultraviolet light.Compared with the pure titanium dioxide and La2O3/Ti O2prepared by impregnation method,the degradation rate of La2O3/Ti O2catalyst prepared by ALD method to methylene blue is significantly increased to 100%.
