片层状VS2/MWCNTs复合材料的制备及微波吸收性能研究
Preparation and Microwave Absorption Properties of Lamellar VS2/MWCNTs Composites
【摘要】 电磁波给人体和电子设备带来的危害已经成为信息时代亟待解决的问题,开发具有组分协同作用的微波吸收材料可以成为有效应对方案。通过水热法制备了片层状VS2/MWCNTs复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱和矢量网络分析仪对VS2/MWCNTs复合材料进行了表征。研究了VS2/MWCNTs复合材料的微观结构以及MWCNTs的添加量对复合材料微波吸收性能的影响。结果表明:MWCNTs的添加量为35 mg时,VS2/MWCNTs复合材料最小反射损耗值为-66.37 dB,并且组分协同作用可以对材料的电磁参数进行调节。本工作丰富了二硫化钒基复合功能材料在微波吸收领域的运用。
【Abstract】 The hazards of electromagnetic waves to human body and electronic devices have become an urgent problem in the information age, and the development of microwave absorbing materials with synergistic components can be an effective solution. In this paper, lamellar VS2/MWCNTs composites were prepared by hydrothermal method. The VS2/MWCNTs composites were characterized by SEM, Raman spectroscopy and VNA. The microstructure of VS2/MWCNTs composites and the effect of the addition amount of MWCNTs on the microwave absorption properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the minimum reflection loss of VS2/MWCNTs composites is-66.37 dB at the addition of 35 mg of MWCNTs, and the synergistic effect of the components can effectively regulate the electromagnetic parameters of the material. This work enriches the application of vanadium disulfide-based composite functional materials in the field of microwave absorption.
