聚丙烯纤维对多孔混凝土吸声性能的影响

【摘要】 随着现代社会轨道交通的快速发展,噪声污染日益严重。多孔混凝土因具有廉价、工艺简单和较好的吸声性能逐渐受到声屏障行业的关注。采用聚丙烯纤维为骨料添加到混凝土中,通过发泡技术制备聚丙纤维多孔混凝土材料,研究了聚丙烯纤维混凝土的添加对多孔混凝土吸声性能、力学性能、容重和吸水率的影响。结果发现:当加入0.73%聚丙烯纤维时,多孔混凝土在630 Hz有最好的吸声系数0.53,抗压强度为2.02 MPa,容重为650 kg/m3,吸水率为0.22%。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of rail transit in modern society, noise pollution is becoming more and more serious.Porous concrete has attracted the attention of sound barrier industry due to its low cost, simple process and good sound absorption performance. Polypropylene fiber is used as aggregate to add to concrete, and the porous concrete material of polypropylene fiber is prepared by foaming technology. The influence of the addition of polypropylene fiber concrete on the sound absorption, mechanical properties, bulk density and water absorption of porous concrete is further studied. The research finds that: When adding 0.73% polypropylene fiber, porous concrete has the best sound absorption coefficient of0.53, compressive strength of 2.02 MPa, bulk density of 650 kg/m3and water absorption of 0.22% at 630 Hz.
