黄河三角洲地区耐盐碱高粱品种筛选
Screening of Sorghum Varieties with Saline-Alkali Tolerance in the Yellow River Delta
【摘要】 为筛选出适于黄河三角洲地区种植的耐盐碱、优质且适宜机械化耕作的高粱品种,继而高效开发利用盐碱地,本试验以山东生态区表现良好的15个品种为试材,采用室内鉴定和田间鉴定相结合的方法对其农艺性状和酿酒品质进行研究分析。结果显示,汾酒粱1号、济粱3号、济粱4号、冀酿3号、泉粱5号这5个杂交种达到目标要求。5个高粱品种产量在7 321~7 912 kg/hm~2之间,比对照增产11%以上;株高在158.07~169.67 cm之间,穗柄稍长(5.83~9.53 cm),适合机收,且生育期适中(103天左右)。影响酿造品质的关键指标中,籽粒总淀粉含量(69.67%~72.97%)、粗蛋白含量(9.07%~10.64%)、粗脂肪含量(2.44%~3.32%)、单宁含量(0.75%~1.08%)均符合白酒酿造标准规定。除冀酿3号种子萌发期耐盐性较弱外,其余4个品种中汾酒粱1号为3级强耐盐,济粱3号、济粱4号、泉粱5号为5级中等耐盐。以上5个高粱杂交种还需进一步田间验证其在黄河三角洲盐碱地区的环境适应性。
【Abstract】 To screen out sorghum varieties with saline-alkali tolerance and high quality and suitable for mechanized farming in the Yellow River Delta, fifteen varieties with good performance in Shandong ecological region were used as test materials to analyze their agronomic properties and wine making quality by combining indoor identification with field identification. The results demonstrated that five sorghum hybrids, i.e., Fenjiuliang 1, Jiliang 3, Jiliang 4, Jiniang 3 and Quanliang 5, had outstanding field performances. Their yields ranged from 7 321 kg/hm~2 to 7 912 kg/hm~2 and increased by over 11% compared to CK. Their plant height ranged from 158.07 cm to 169.67 cm with slightly longer panicle stalks(5.83 cm to 9.53 cm), so they were appropriate for mechanized harvesting. The growth periods of the five varieties were moderate(about 103 days). Among the key indicators affecting the brewing quality, their total starch content was 69.67%~72.97%, crude protein content was 9.07%~10.64%, crude fat content was 2.44%~3.32%, and tannin content was 0.75%~1.08%, which all met the requirements of brewing standards. Jiniang 3 had weaker salt tolerance at germination stage, Fenjiuliang 1 had stronger salt tolerance, and Jiliang 3, Jiliang 4 and Quanliang 5 had moderate salt tolerance. Further field tests would be needed to verify the environmental adaptability of the five sorghum hybrids in saline-alkali area of the Yellow River Delta.
