【Abstract】 In order to reduce the probability of safety accidents in construction production,the study on the technical feasibility of developing intelligent operation condition card system was carried out. And also the characteristics in terms of three kinds of positioning systems such as WiFi, Bluetooth and RFID were analyzed in detail. Then the intelligent operation condition card system which was suitable for Ansteel was developed, which comprehensive optimized the safety condition of construction production in Ansteel.
