构造措施对CFRP加固方钢管柱稳定性影响试验研究

【摘要】 为探究不同构造措施对CFRP加固方钢管柱稳定性的影响,设计制作了14根粘贴纵向和环向CFRP的方钢管柱试件,通过静力加载的方式研究了CFRP的层数、方向和位置对加固方钢管柱稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:在方钢管柱端部和中部粘贴环向CFRP对纵向CFRP起到了环箍作用,柱中粘贴环向CFRP比仅在柱端粘贴环向CFRP提高了约34%的柱中侧移变形值;当偏心距分别为0 mm、10 mm、20 mm时,相比于未加固试件,包裹1~3层纵向CFRP加固试件的极限承载力提高了9%~19%;在方钢管柱纵向CFRP的外侧粘贴环向CFRP能够限制内层纵向CFRP的提早剥离,可有效提高构件的延性;在实际工程应用中,建议满布粘贴3层纵向CFRP和沿柱高1/4~3/4区域粘贴环向CFRP作为加固受压方钢管柱的构造措施。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of different structural measures on the stability of CFRP reinforced square steel tube columns, 14 square steel tube column specimens with longitudinal and circumferential CFRP were designed and fabricated.The effects of the number of layers, direction and position of CFRP on the stability of CFRP reinforced square steel tube columns were studied by static loading.The experimental phenomena and data analysis show that the circumferential CFRP attached at the end and middle of square steel tube column acts as a hoop to the longitudinal CFRP,and the lateral displacement of the column with circumferential CFRP attached in the middle of column increases by about 34% compared with the column that was attached circumferential CFRP only at the end.When the eccentricity is 0 mm, 10 mm and 20 mm, the ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened specimens wrapped with 1~3 layers of CFRP is about 9%~19% higher than that unreinforced specimens.Circumferential adhesion of CFRP on the outside of the longitudinal CFRP on square steel tube columns can limit the early peeling of the inner longitudinal CFRP and increase the ductility of the members to a greater extent.In practical engineering applications, 3 layers longitudinal CFRP full-spread bonded specimens and circumferential bonded CFRP along 1/4 to 3/4 of column height can be used as structural measures to reinforce compressed square steel tube columns.
