基于响应曲面法的高直链淀粉膜制备及工艺优化
Preparation and Process Optimization of High Amylose Starch Film based on Response Surface Method
【摘要】 以提高淀粉膜的力学性能为出发点,采用浇铸法制备了高直链玉米淀粉膜。探究了直链淀粉含量、反应温度、淀粉乳液浓度、增塑剂的种类和含量对淀粉膜的成膜效果和力学性能的影响,并选用Box-Behnken设计响应曲面法探究了单因素间的交互作用对淀粉膜拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,反应温度与增塑剂含量、淀粉乳液浓度与增塑剂含量的交互作用显著,以高直链玉米淀粉为原料,甘油/山梨醇/碳酰胺(2∶1∶1)为复配增塑剂,反应温度为91.45 ℃,淀粉乳液浓度为7.13 g/100 mL,增塑剂在淀粉中的含量为21.62%时,淀粉膜的成膜效果和力学性能最好,此时拉伸强度为8.43 MPa,断裂伸长率为84.05%,且复配增塑的高直链淀粉膜亲水性降低。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the mechanical properties of starch film as a starting point,high amylose corn starch films were prepared by casting method.The effects of amylose content,reaction temperature,starch content in starch mixture,types and contents of plasticizers on the film-forming effect and mechanical properties of starch films were investigated.Box-Behnken design response surface methodology was used to explore the effect of interaction between single factors on the tensile properties of starch films.The results show that the interaction between reaction temperature and plasticizer content,starch content and plasticizer content in starch mixture was obvious.Using high amylose corn starch as raw material,glycerol/sorbitol/carbamide (2∶1∶1) as compound plasticizer,the reaction temperature is 91.45 ℃,the starch emulsion concentration is 7.13 g/100 mL,and the content of plasticizer in starch is 21.62%,the film-forming effect and mechanical properties of the starch film are the best.At the time,the tensile strength is 8.43 MPa,and the elongation at break is 84.05%,the hydrophilicity of the composite plasticized high amylose films are reduced.
