【Abstract】 The plastic laser welding technology from four aspects :the advantages of plastic laser welding,welding principle,welding method and basic process was firstly introduced. Secondly,the theoretical research in the field of plastic laser welding in recent years was reviewed from seven aspects :welding process,numerical simulation,process parameters,absorber,control software,micro welding and laser.
