Fe-Cr-Al合金氧化膜的形貌表征及性能
Morphology Characterization and Properties of Oxide Film for Fe-Cr-Al Alloy
【摘要】 利用高温氧化处理Fe-24Cr-4Al合金表面,制备了Fe-24Cr-4Al合金表面氧化膜。并采用X射线衍射仪、光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱检测等多种组织与形貌表征手段,对Fe-24Cr-4Al合金表面氧化层进行了显微组织的表征以及显微硬度的测定。结果表明:Fe-24Cr-4Al合金最佳氧化温度为1 250℃,此温度下可得到平整性和致密度较好的氧化膜,且氧化膜具有较高的硬度。
【Abstract】 The surface oxide film of Fe-24 Cr-4 Al alloy was prepared by high temperature oxidation treatment. By means of X-ray diffraction, optical metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, the microstructure and hardness of the oxide layer on the surface of Fe-24 Cr-4 Al alloy were characterized. The results show that the optimal oxidation temperature of Fe-24 Cr-4 Al alloy is 1 250 ℃. At this temperature, a smooth and dense oxide film can be obtained, and the film has a high hardness.
