【Abstract】 In view of the structural characteristics, technical requirements of small-sizedsteam turbine casing casting for shipsand previous production experience, the casting process design was carried out and the narrow part core setting and dispersive hot spot feedingwere adopted. By usingnumerical simulation software, the casting process was optimized.
