【摘要】 以新著作权法为纲,从服装设计中存在的版权保护元素入手,通过对服装设计全过程的分析,提出将服装设计成衣纳入版权保护作品类型的"三性"原则,并结合学术调研和实践论证,针对当前服装设计成衣的版权保护存在的突出问题,从完善实用性和艺术性可分离条件、接触+实质性相似、完善版权登记保护等方面提出服装设计成衣的版权保护建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new copyright law,starting with the protected factors in the whole process of clothing design,this paper puts forward the “three characteristics”principle,according to which clothing design should be incorporated into the copyrighted works.Combining with academic research and practical demonstration,aiming at the prominent problems existing in the copyright protection of clothing design,we put forward some suggestions to improve the copyright protection of clothing design from the aspects of perfecting the separation conditions of practicability and artistry,contacting and substantial similarity,and improving the copyright registration protection.更多还原
